Karnak temple is the largest temple in Egypt and ancient world , the main house of worshiping sun god Amon Ra, more than 30 pharaohs through 2000 years participating in construction of this temple.
Next is Luxor temple which was built at 1350 b. c. by the grand father of Tutankhamen King Amenhotep the 3rd then the Great King Ramsess 2nd complete the temple.
